Follow the antics of Clarence Lapp (owner of the Brighton Ensign) and John E. Proctor (local business man) as they discuss their different opinions on "ghosts". One believes in them; the other does not.
As they share stories of local people, they talk of the heroes and villains that called this area “home” from the mid-1800s to the early 1900s. We get a look at the lives of such notables as: Ben Kerr, Dr. William King, Parker Ketchum and of course, John E. Proctor himself. See how they each left their mark on the history of Brighton.
“The Ghosts are Back!” was adapted for stage presentation by Doug Phelan, from the original S.O.H.O. "Ghost Walks" written by Peter McConnell and Roy Rittwage and produced between 1998 and 2001. The stories are fact based, with only slight tongue-in-cheek modifications for your entertainment.
